So apparently No Doubt is filing a law suit against Activision over mis-use of their likeness in Band Hero. Courtney Love did a similar thing when they used Kurt Cobain in Guitar Hero 5. The main problem being that the avatars of the musicians can be used to sing and preform other artists’ songs.
Are these people fucking stupid????? Of course thats what happens, they fucking whored their image out to Activision and now they are complaining. It has been that way since Guitar Hero 3, and people are just now complaining.
Long story short, don’t complain if you whored yourself out to a company.
